SG Signature Wraps LLC

At SG Signature Wraps LLC, we prioritize transparency so our customers clearly understand our services, processes, and responsibilities. We recognize the importance of your vehicle, whether it is used for personal or business purposes. By scheduling services with SG Signature Wraps LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

Deposits & Scheduling

Deposits may be required at the discretion of SG Signature Wraps LLC in order to secure a booking.
• A vehicle is not considered scheduled until the required deposit has been received in full.
• Deposits allow SG Signature Wraps LLC to reserve installation time and purchase materials needed for the project.
• If a deposit arrangement is made but not completed, SG Signature Wraps LLC reserves the right to schedule another vehicle during that time period.
• If a customer wishes to change a scheduled date after a deposit has been received, rescheduling will be subject to availability and at the discretion of SG Signature Wraps LLC.
• Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in the loss of the deposit and a rescheduling fee.
• If a customer fails to appear for two scheduled appointments, SG Signature Wraps LLC reserves the right to refuse future services.

Deposits may become non-refundable if custom vinyl, specialty materials, or tools have already been ordered specifically for the customer’s project.

Design fees for custom graphics or design work are separate from deposits and are non-refundable.

Booking Your Vehicle

Your vehicle will only be considered officially booked once the required deposit has been received.

SG Signature Wraps LLC reserves the right to adjust booking schedules if unforeseen circumstances occur, including but not limited to:
• Illness
• Supply chain delays
• Equipment failure
• Facility disruptions
• Weather conditions

If materials required for your wrap are unavailable at the scheduled time, SG Signature Wraps LLC will notify you and provide the option to reschedule, select an alternative material, or receive a refund of your deposit if you choose not to proceed.

Vinyl Materials & Wrap Lifespan

Vehicle wraps are available in various materials and finishes, each with different durability and lifespan expectations.

The longevity of a wrap can be affected by many factors including but not limited to:
• Climate and sun exposure
• Vehicle storage conditions
• Driving frequency
• Maintenance and washing methods
• Environmental exposure

Because of these variables, SG Signature Wraps LLC does not guarantee the lifespan of vinyl materials.

Manufacturer estimates may be provided but are not guaranteed.

Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

Vinyl wraps are applied directly to the vehicle’s painted surface. The condition of the paint and body panels can affect the final result.

Customers acknowledge that existing damage may be visible after installation including:
• Scratches
• Rock chips
• Dents
• Oxidized paint
• Previous body repairs
• Paint defects.

If paint correction, buffing, or bodywork is not completed prior to installation, these imperfections may remain visible through the vinyl.

SG Signature Wraps LLC is not responsible for existing damage or imperfections that become visible after wrapping.

Paint Lifting Risk

Vinyl wraps adhere to the paint surface of the vehicle. If the paint is weak, damaged, or previously repainted, there is a possibility that paint may lift during installation or removal.

Customers acknowledge and accept that:
• Repainted panels
• Failing paint
• Improperly cured paint
• Oxidized paint

may cause vinyl adhesion issues or paint lifting.

SG Signature Wraps LLC is not responsible for paint damage that occurs during vinyl installation or removal due to pre-existing paint conditions.

Panel Removal Disclaimer

Certain wrap installations may require the removal of vehicle components including:
• Trim pieces
• Badges or emblems
• Door handles
• Mirrors
• Lights or accessories

While SG Signature Wraps LLC takes every precaution when removing parts, older vehicles or previously repaired vehicles may have brittle clips or hardware.

SG Signature Wraps LLC is not responsible for breakage of aged or previously damaged clips, fasteners, or components.

Wrap Care & Maintenance

Proper care is necessary to maintain the appearance and longevity of a vinyl wrap.

Customers should follow proper maintenance practices including:
• Avoiding high-pressure washing directly on wrap edges
• Avoiding automatic brush car washes
• Using mild automotive soap for cleaning

SG Signature Wraps LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance or washing practices after installation.

Environmental Damage Disclaimer

SG Signature Wraps LLC is not responsible for wrap damage caused by environmental conditions including but not limited to:
• Bird droppings
• Tree sap
• Road tar
• Fuel spills
• Chemical exposure
• Extreme weather conditions
• Prolonged sun exposure.

These substances can stain or damage vinyl materials if not removed promptly.

Insurance & Vehicle Responsibility

SG Signature Wraps LLC takes reasonable precautions when handling vehicles; however, customers acknowledge that:
• SG Signature Wraps LLC does not provide insurance coverage for vehicles left on the premises.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is covered by their own insurance policy.
• SG Signature Wraps LLC is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Customers should remove valuables prior to dropping off their vehicle.

SG Signature Wraps LLC reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is known to be uninsured.

Payment Policy

Payment terms are as follows:
• Deposits may be required depending on the service or materials selected.
• Full payment is required before the vehicle is released to the customer.
• SG Signature Wraps LLC reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until full payment has been received.
• Estimates provided prior to installation are subject to change if additional preparation or repairs are required.

Any additional work required will be discussed with the customer prior to proceeding.

SG Signature Wraps LLC does not offer credit agreements or financing.

Credit Card Verification

For security and fraud prevention:
• The person making payment must also be the person picking up the vehicle.
• SG Signature Wraps LLC may require a valid government-issued ID for credit card transactions.
• Customers may be asked to take a photo with the completed vehicle upon pickup.

These procedures help protect both the customer and SG Signature Wraps LLC from fraudulent transactions.

Vehicle Pickup & Storage

Customers will be notified when their vehicle is ready for pickup.

Vehicles must be collected within 48 hours of completion unless prior arrangements have been made.

SG Signature Wraps LLC reserves the right to charge daily storage fees for vehicles left beyond the pickup period.

Refund Policy

Deposits may be refundable prior to the start of work, except in cases where:
• Custom vinyl materials have already been ordered
• Specialty tools or materials have been purchased
• Custom design work has been completed.

Refunds will not include:
• Vinyl materials purchased for the project
• Labor already performed
• Wrap removal services
• Bodywork or preparation work completed.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original form of payment.

Photography & Marketing

SG Signature Wraps LLC reserves the right to photograph or video completed vehicles for marketing purposes including:
• Website content
• Social media
• Advertising
• Portfolio displays.

Vehicle identification such as license plates may be blurred at the discretion of SG Signature Wraps LLC.

Right to Refuse Service

SG Signature Wraps LLC reserves the right to refuse service if:
• A vehicle is excessively damaged
• Paint condition is unsuitable for wrapping
• Safety concerns arise during installation
• A customer refuses to agree to the Terms & Conditions.

Customer Satisfaction

If you experience any issues with your wrap, please contact SG Signature Wraps LLC as soon as possible.

When reporting concerns, please include:
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the concern
• Installation date.

Our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, videos, service descriptions, and branding is the property of SG Signature Wraps LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from SG Signature Wraps LLC.

All vehicle wrap designs and graphics created by SG Signature Wraps LLC remain the intellectual property of SG Signature Wraps LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
